Patty got her Real Estate license in 1978 and joined Northside Realty. She was affiliated with Northside until she joined Prudential Altanta in 2003. She has received many awards and designations including: Phoenix, Executive Associate, GRI, the Dozen, Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club and Realty Alliance Sales Award (top 5% in the US). In 1995 she was #8 in the entire company in resale volume, the top listing agent in her office for 2 years and the top selling agent in her office for 2 years. She is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. Since joining the Prudential Team Patty has received the Crystal Phoenix, Leading Edge in 2003 and 2006 (top 9% Nationally)Masters CLub, Fine Homes, Certified Skilled Negotiator, and RLI Designations. She is a member of the National and State Chapters of the Land Institute. In the 4th quarter of 2006 she won the Sales Professional Award by being one of the top 3 Commercial agents in Georgia during that quarter

Patty was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, attended Marquette University, and moved to Georgia from Chicago in 1974. She has 3 grown daughters and a Welsh Corgi,Henry. Patty is an avid tennis player and also enjoys yoga, outdoor activities and holistic living.
